Payment Method

On an approval of a quotation we will send you all the necessary bank details. Please note that debit or credit card facilities are available only on site.

Deposit: Bank transfer
Final Payment: Bank transfer, cash (with prior arrangement) or credit card on arrival.


Bookings can be made by sending an e-mail with detailed information including duration of stay, amount of persons and other specifications to ula@ulaguesthouse.co.za.

Please note that the booking is valid for 48 hours from the time of issue, unless otherwise stated or deposit of the amount of 50% of the booking value is paid to the Ula Guesthouse account in the mentioned period.

Cancellation Policy

In the event of premature departure or not taking up the booking, we may charge as follows:

  • The full remaining amount (other than the deposit) must be paid a week before arrival of the guest.
  • Cancellation 0 to 4 days before date of arrival or no show at the date of arrival – visitor forfeits their full deposit but receives the remaining amount of the payment.
  • On receipt of written instruction to cancel the reservation, Ula Guesthouse will refund the applicable amount as determined by the cancellation terms within 5 working days. All levies and refund process charges will apply.

Child Policy

Children under 3 years old, sharing with their parents – stay free. Children 4 to 12 years old are charged at 50% of the adult rate, provided that the child is occupying the suite with the parents. Alternatively, if a second suite is taken, the first child is charged adult rate and thereafter 50% (max. 3 people in the suite).

    Check in/Check out

    Check in is from 14h00 till 17h00 on the day of arrival and check out is by 10h00 on the day of departure, unless otherwise agreed.
